A Wellness Program for All Gamers
Mind Your Game
A structured wellbeing program for young gamers, designed for educational institutions.
About the Program
Mind Your Game is Squid Academy's flagship wellness program built specifically for student gamers aged 12–18. It helps learners develop healthier gaming habits, stronger emotional resilience, and better balance across school, life, and play — without asking them to stop gaming.
The program is designed for the realities of modern student life: rising screen time, digital stress, online social pressure, sleep disruption, and the blurred boundaries between leisure, identity, and performance.
Mind Your Game is suitable whether an institution runs a full esports program or simply wants a structured, practical wellbeing curriculum that speaks the language of gamers.

Curriculum
Mind Your Game is delivered through 13 modules that help students understand how gaming affects their brain, body, and behaviour — and how to take control of their habits with practical strategies.
What Students Learn
